Marvel vs Capcom is a renowned fighting game series that features characters from both franchises to team up and fight until a team is wiped out. The third iteration (MvC3: Fate of Two Worlds and Ultimate MvC3) was featured as a main game at the Evolution Championship Series from 2011 to 2017 and was often the big show stopper. With the great hype that Marvel brought, this was one of the best times to be part of the fighting game community (FGC).

Louis ‘Offcast’ Vigil (@offcast) has been a fighting game streamer since 2009 and was part of the Evolution streaming team for many years. He’s seen his fair share of matches and also thinks that the Marvel 3 era was one of the best times to be a fighting game fan.
