Justin’s ordered tier list ranges only from 4 levels of S to Trash tier. To no surprise Chun Li and Yun are up at the S tier. Justin explains that Chun Li can really avoid many of the mechanics of 3rd Strike and poke people to death with her amazing attacks. Yun’s Super Art 3, Genei Jin, turns him into “Super Man” and allows him amazing pressure and damage potential. The A Tier has many advantages but also weaknesses that keep them from the top tier.
