When’s Mahvel? For renowned Phoenix Wright/Captain America/Doctor Strange player IHeartJustice, the answer is “always.” The low-tier hero recently released “the most comprehensive Ultimate Marvel Vs. Capcom 3 Tier List ever constructed.” In it, he ranks characters on their value as starters, anchors, and support characters.
